What to do if a trade did not go the way you expected.
If a trade did not complete
If you declined or did not accept a trade offer, or it expired or was canceled, the items stay where they were. We received nothing, so there is nothing to return.
If something went wrong
An item did not arrive, the wrong amount was charged or you see an error in a trade. Email [email protected] and attach your SteamID, the trade id, the time and a screenshot. We give you our decision within 14 days.
How we refund
If your claim is accepted, we return the item or the amount the same way the trade went, or credit it to your site balance. Items that were accepted and paid at the shown price are not refundable unless we made a mistake.
Roulette
The roulette is free, so there is no payment to refund. If a prize did not reach you, contact support.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit the rights you have under mandatory law in your country.
