Support
Write to us if a trade is stuck, an item did not arrive or the wrong amount was charged.
What to attach
Your SteamID or profile link, the trade id, the time and a screenshot of the error. With that we sort it out in minutes, without it support asks for the same data first.
Where to write
Email us at [email protected].
Response time
The usual queue is up to 4 hours, money questions up to a day. Trades stuck on the Steam side are handled after Valve releases the hold.
Inventory does not load
Most often the Steam inventory is private. Open it in your profile privacy settings: set Inventory to Public. If it is public and items still do not show, Steam may be limiting requests for a while. Wait a couple of minutes and press refresh.
No trade offer arrives
Check the trade link in your account: it must be yours and current. After a password change or a link reset in Steam the old one stops working, so paste the new one. Another reason is a trade ban on the account or Steam Guard not being enabled.
Item missing after the trade
Open your Steam trade history and find the trade by time. If it is on hold, the item arrives by itself once Valve releases it. If the trade was cancelled or is not in the history, write to us with the trade id from the site.
Money and payouts
The payout for a sold item reaches your balance after the trade is completed in Steam. If the amount differs from what you saw, send a screenshot of the price and the trade id and we check it against the trade log.
How to avoid scams
Support never asks for your Steam password, Steam Guard codes or API key. Before confirming a trade, check the bot nickname against the Trade bots list in the site footer. If a "bot" that is not on the list contacts you, or someone asks you to log in on a lookalike site, it is a scam.
